Secure Payment Service allows business owners to take pain and time away from making payments to its suppliers/employees, making tax and VAT payments to HMRC, managing cash flow, doing credit control and managing business bank account.

DNS, on behalf of its customer, will take control of the customer’s bank account and make all the payments, letting businesses focus on growing the business or spending valuable time with the family.Alternatively, you can send all the payments to DNS Client account which we can use to make payments and keep your hassle minimum.

DNS will hold the accountability of maintaining the bank account and the risk associated with it. DNS will appoint a nominated person who could be contacted by the businesses 24x7 for any queries and support.

DNS will provide the total guarantee of the funds in the bank to all the businesses that opt for this service.

Process

Business owner will open an account with Natwest and would allow DNS permission to use this account for payments through its portal. DNS have special payment facilities in Bankline which is for corporate banking.
DNS appoints a dedicated trust worthy expert financial controller to operate the bank account.
Business owner speaks with the financial controller to assure himself/herself and agree the customised process to manage the bank account.
Financial controller makes the payments and chases any delayed deposits.
Financial controller keeps the business owner aware of all the transactions on regular basis and speaks with him/her to agree any changes if required.
Business owner to randomly check the bank account to assure himself/herself.
