I also work with private clients on bespoke tax planning strategies for trusts, residence status, and non-residents.

I aim to fulfil my professional duties towards my clients and keep them satisfied, my utmost priority. I believe in establishing and maintaining businesses and personal relationships as the key to mutual growth.

Aman Bhardwaj

Aman Bhardwaj is the Head of dns Corporate Advisory, where he specialises in mergers and acquisitions. With over 30 successful acquisitions under his leadership, Aman has played a pivotal role in expanding dns's footprint in the accounting industry. He brings a robust academic background with a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Arun Sharma FCCA

I am a fellow member of ACCA and have acquired over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accountancy including preparation of accounts, VAT, book-keeping, payroll, corporation tax and personal tax. I manage the Accounts Review Team for finalisation of accounts as well as review various client’s management accounts and identify key ratios for assessing business performance. In addition, I also advise on areas of business improvement, I am responsible for managing our ceased trading account process and provide regular training on any annual accounting updates.

Phil Bessant FCMA

I am a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Global Management Accounts with over 40 years experience in industry and practice. I specialise in helping clients grow their businesses whilst keeping more of what they earn. I am passionate about making sure entrepreneurs get the right life/work balance.

Rikesh Shonchhatra

I am a business development manager providing a warm introduction to DNS accountants. starting off as an apprentice with DNS. My main qualities are understanding clients' needs and communication, offering proactive approach to maximise customer satisfaction to the fullest.

Martin Kaney

Martin Kaney BA LLB (Hons) is Director of X-VAT Ltd, creator of vatman pro and founder of the vatman.store. He has over 30 years' experience in VAT with HM Customs & Excise and various professional firms. He is a Member of the VAT Practitioners Group Technical Committee, a Council Member of the Gerson Lehrman Group, and has been a freelance trainer in the UK for BPP Professional Education, MBL Seminars, and internationally for PDS (Nigeria), Corsol Events (UAE) and Euro Strategic Events (KSA). He is also the author of two textbooks on VAT in the Public Sector (Spiramus).

James Bland

James Bland is a Chartered Tax Adviser and affiliate STEP member specialising in private client tax matters.

In particular James specialises in property taxation, trust taxation and inheritance tax.

James works closely with the clients of DNS on a variety of tax matter assisting their dedicated tax team as necessary to ensure that DNS’s client obtain the best tax advice.

Owais Bombaywala

Working closely with individuals and businesses to help grow their business requires a significant amount of experience and industry knowledge. Owais is BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance and Member of ACCA. Besides being a compliance champion, he specialises in Property tax planning. With over 7 years of experience in Accountancy and Tax world, our clients count on us to give them timely and up to date advise to help them make the right move. Owais works closely with some of the DNS’s most valued clients to give them the confidence they need to focus on their business. He is known for his calm nature and proactive approach.
