The capital raised through this offer will finance our business expansion. This investment promises investors above-market returns and regular income in short to medium term.

Our specific interest is in high street commercial properties that are already leased out. Leased properties generate rental income from the very beginning and promise stable returns for a longer period. Our current lessees include Iceland, FatFace, Co-operative, Thomson etc.
