Small Self-Administrated Pension Scheme

A Small Self-Administered Scheme (SSAS) is a pension trust set up by a limited company or a partnership. SSASs are primarily set up by private and family run limited companies for the benefit of the owner directors and senior employees. SSAS is an occupational pension scheme set up under trust with up to 11 members. SSAS is particularly suitable for controlling directors.

It gives trustees wider investment powers as compared to a conventional insured pension scheme. Great flexibility and control over scheme assets and a broad range of investment options make it quite popular pension management instrument for small firms.

DNS Associates will act as Professional Trustee and Scheme Administrator for your scheme. We will register your SSAS with the HMRC and with the Pension Regulator and will carry out day-to-day operations.

Not only do we establish new SSAS schemes for clients but we can also take over existing ones.
