The DNS Team
DNS Management Team overseas overall business development and direction
Sumit Agarwal is the Founder Director of DNS Associates. He is responsible for the overall management strategy of the business. You can find what others have to say about him. Sumit keeps abreast of latest in tax and with his innovative and creative tax planning he can find various loopholes resulting in huge benefits to clients of DNS.
Benny Gala, is the Assistant Director. He is responsible for business development.
Ajeet Agarwal is the Marketing Director responsible for the marketing activities of DNS.
Your Portfolio Manager is your main point of contact
S/he will take responsibility for your accountsand contact you in relation to them. You can contact your Portfolio Manager for any professional advice you need and they will have the necessary knowledge to help you because all our Portfolio Managers are experienced small business and contractor accountancy specialists. You can also inform them of any concerns you have about the service you are receiving from other departments, and they will ensure your problem is dealt with immediately.

The VAT Team is responsible for VAT returns led by Darshana Gupta .The team will ensure your VAT returns are submitted on time and that you never incur a penalty.
The Payroll Team is responsible for payroll led by Barkha Jain whom you can email at any time for information about payroll, your payslips and payments to HMRC.
The Tax Team is responsible for submitting your Personal Self Assessment Tax Return led by Sanjay Sah or you can contact the tax support team at any time.
The Set-up Team is responsible for the smooth set-up of new clients with HMRC and DNS so that all the formalities are carried out with the minimum disruption to you: signing Form 64-8, contracts, standing order mandate, proof of ID and address. The team will also deal with HMRC on your behalf to ensure everything goes smoothly without any hassle. The team is managed by Liliana.
The Sales Team ensure that you do not miss out on any value-added services. The team is led by Ajeet who informs you of any value-added services that suit your profile.
The Administration Team is responsible for the smooth running of the DNS office: in-house accounts, credit control and billing. Samantha runs the office, making changes to the client database, submitting annual returns on time, ordering office supplies, and anything else that is necessary to ensure DNS runs smoothly. Jas makes sure that clients receive and pay invoices on time and that DNS’s cash flow remains healthy.
The Team of Management Accountants and Bookkeepers
DNS has a team of excellent bookkeepers and management accountants with the ability to go into any client’s premises, understand their systems, and propose an excellent alternative bookkeeping and management accounting system, if necessary. This team comprises Gabi , Argentina and Simona.
The DNS Online Accounting Portal Support Team ensures that your online portal is working correctly for you and that you are getting the most out of it. The team is led by Ashok who will be pleased to assist and advise you on any aspect of the portal. He will gladly accept any comments and suggestions you may have too.
