Company formation has never been easier. We will not charge you for either formation or registration of your company for VAT with the authorities if you use our accounting services.  If you do not wish use our accounting service then we charge £150+VAT.

We have a unique Online Accounting Tool available only to our clients. User friendly and extremely easy to use, it won’t take more than 20 minutes a month. You record your income and expenses and the software calculates your dividends and taxes. You are in full control of your affairs and finances; any uncertainties in relation to your taxes and expenses are resolved. What is more, our online accounting service is inexpensive because we want to reward you for your time

8. Flexible payment plans

We understand that all businesses manage their cash-flow differently and that is why we have payment plans to suit everyone. If you are not able to pay your fee in full we are happy to accept payments on a monthly or quarterly basis via a standing order or by cheque.

9. Tax Investigation Services against investigation & enquiries by Inland Revenue
Tax investigations are random and can happen to anyone. We take great care in preparing your accounts and therefore the majority of investigations are settled quickly. They can, however, turn into a nasty experience if Inland revenue tries to go deeper and request more factual information on paperwork and contracts. Therefore, we highly recommend for peace of mind to all our client to take out fee protection insurance.
